Billy Bob
Billy and his sister were picked up by animal control. Their owner refused to come and get them because she didn't want to pay the fine, which meant we got them! Yay! They have been well-socialized, thankfully, so they've been just the easiest fosters! So happy, very affectionate, love the other pets, adore kids, and as perfect as can be. Very floofy!
