All donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Unless otherwise noted, all website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Shipping

Many of our merchandise items are packed and shipped by dedicated supporters who volunteer their time. While we do our best to process and ship orders promptly, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and shipment, especially during fundraising campaigns, contests, or holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, damage in transit, or other issues caused by the postal service or shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at info@tgpr.org, and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Replacements

As a registered nonprofit, purchases made through Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue go directly to support our rescue mission. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@tgpr.org and include photos of the item and packaging.

While refunds are not available, we will make a reasonable effort to replace the damaged item with the same item or, if it is no longer available, another item of comparable value. Replacement decisions are made at the discretion of Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue.
