Meet Augustus - Augie, Augs, The Augster, Augieman...whatever you want to call him. Augie is a big, soft-hearted boy with the gentlest of souls. He came into TGPR after being found on the streets starving. In spite of that, he is incredibly sweet, friendly with people and, once he feels safe, is affectionate and enjoys your company. He has the best sense of humor and makes us laugh constantly. We would really like to see him in a quiet, serene, country home as city noises and frantic life seem to make him nervous. Augie needs a patient and understanding adopter who is experienced with XL dogs.
