Our newest handsome gentleman has officially arrived in the DFW area, and we can't wait for you to meet him!

About a year ago, Rodeo King was rescued from the streets by a kindhearted woman who decided to give him a chance at a better life. He fit in beautifully with her female Great Pyrenees and even lived peacefully alongside her goats, proving himself to be the easygoing, gentle soul she knew he was.

Unfortunately, life had other plans. When she recently needed to move, she was only able to take one of her dogs. Wanting the very best for Rodeo King, she reached out to Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue to help him find the forever home he deserves.

Thankfully, the perfect foster home was ready and waiting!

Rodeo King is now settling into foster care, where he'll be receiving all of his veterinary care and getting everything he needs to prepare for adoption. As we get to know his personality even better, we'll be sharing updates along the way.

From everything we've seen so far, Rodeo King is exactly what his name suggests—a gentle, kind-hearted boy with a heart fit for royalty.
