Kuma is an absolutely wonderful dog and was deeply loved by her family. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected and difficult changes, they had to make the heartbreaking decision to return her to TGPR after 6 years.

Kuma is incredibly sweet and affectionate. She loves having her ears scratched and spending the
day lounging in her favorite sunny spot. But don’t let that relaxed side fool you! She still has energy and loves walks, playing catch in the backyard, and being part of the family.

Her favorite foods include cheese sticks, salmon and roasted sweet potatoes. When she gets excited, she makes the cutest little squeaky noise that will absolutely make you smile. She is loving, playful, loyal, and happiest when she’s surrounded by her people.

One thing her new family should know is that loud noises scare her. Fireworks, gunshots, and thunderstorms can be frightening, so she’ll need a family who can give her a safe, quiet place and some extra reassurance when those things happen.

Kuma is truly a special girl who has so much love left to give and will make an amazing companion for the family lucky enough to bring her home.
